Even though your Schedule C part I line 1a has a place for you to report the amount from 1099-K, the IRS does NOT want you to use that line for your 2011 tax return.
If you read the form and the instructions closely, you will see them telling you to put zero on that line for this filing year.
Next year will probably be a different story...
